is good for everyone

Children Consignment Sales are an opportunity for consigners to earn top dollar for their quality infant and children’s items as well as giving shoppers brand name baby and children items at a fraction of the cost. Trendy Not Spendy is dedicated to providing families with an event that allows them to stretch their budget while purchasing top quality items.

Consignors are individuals whom have top quality items they would like to pass to other children. Signing up to be a consigner is easy! Simply register with Trendy Not Spendy and you are assigned a consignor number. You pay a $10.00 consignor fee which covers space rental and advertisements for the event. You then prepare your items and price them as you see fit. Next you drop them off at the designated time you registered for. We sell your items for you and you either pick up your items at the end of the sale or choose to donate them and we send you a check.

Consignors typically earn more money at a consignment sale then if they were to run their own sale. Why is this? At a consignment sale you are able to price your items at approximately 25-30% of retail. You choose your own price and then you automatically earn 70% of what the item sells for. Additionally, if you sign up for a volunteer shift you earn an additional $5 off your consignor fee. Volunteer to work a second shift and earn 75% of your total sales. Also, if you choose to volunteer you earn early shopping privileges for our Pre-Sale (Thursday evening) and our 1/2 Price Pre-Sale (Saturday from 6-7 PM). Volunteering is a great opportunity to hang out with friends, find great deals for your family and have a ton of fun. If you would like to volunteer during this sale please sign up to work a shift.  On the last day of the sale (Sunday) we run a half price sale. It is your choice to participate or not in this event. When you create your tags you choose whether or not some or all of your items will be discounted. After the sale is complete you have the option to pick up your items or donate them to charity.
